工作职责
1) 拓展IKA产品在指定区域的市场,促进销售额的增长,完成各阶段的销售任务;
Expand IKA's market share in the assigned territories and increase sales volumes and achieve the target;
2) 制定并执行销售方案, 定期向区域销售经理汇报工作;
Make and carry out sales plans and report on regular basis to Area Sales Manager;
3) 销售合同的跟进;
Follow up contract progress;
4) 收集客户需求及市场信息,分析市场状况;
Collect and analyze customer needs and market information;
5) 保持和用户的良好关系;
Keep frequent contact with distributors/customers and maintain close relationship with them;
6) 积极参与市场计划的制定、参加展览会、市场调查、竞争分析等市场活动;
Be active to join the marketing activities, competition analysis, etc.
7) 配合相关同事开展售前和售后工作;
Cooperate with responsible colleagues to support customers before and after-sales;
8) 为用户提供简单的产品技术支持、培训;
Offer basic product operation training, service to customers;
9) 寻找新的应用和销售机会并与其他销售分析。
Seek new application and opportunities and share with the team.
任职资格
1) 化学或相关专业毕业,大专以上学历;
College or above degree in a Chemistry, Bio or related major;
2) 两年以上仪器行业销售经验;
Minimum 2 years sales experience with laboratory products;
3) 丰富的销售、市场推广和沟通技巧(口头、书面);
Good skills of selling, marketing and communication and deep knowledge on product and application;
4) 自信、能够自我激励、目标导向能力强、信守承诺;
Self-confident, self-motivated, target-oriented and committed; Creative and show CAN-DO attitude;
5) 优秀的独立工作能力;乐于面对挑战,善于解决问题;
Willing and able to work independently; Problem solving abilities and customer focus;
